Day 7…”

Had to take a couple of days off to be exclusively a husband, but got back in the groove today with a nice 4.0 mile run. Today is the day my diet begins to take shape as well. Not that I’m as concerned about starving myself, but rather eating the right stuff to promote my training. No more processed shit (including nacho cheese Doritos…I fucking love them) and focusing on minimizing carbs of all varieties and sources. Things are getting real with this training…
