It’s been experience that we humans allow far too many distractions to take our attention away from the real beauty of the lives we live. Frustration, anger, anxiety,depression just to name a few, diminish the joy when they are allowed to. Sleep, exercise, proper nutrition establish a foundation, but we also need to self sooth by using our minds to take over for that last little bit.
